Renovation Project Spotlight
Denholm Villa Restoration
Two years ago, we took the keys to this 130-year-old villa and began a complete transformation.
A new roof, new bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fully custom-designed kitchen... All while preserving so much of what made the home special in the first place.

"We were pretty nervous about choosing a builder..."
Marie Fryer
As first time renovators we were pretty nervous about choosing a builder and even deciding what to do to improve our much loved old villa. But the team at IJM were there by our side the whole way and made the whole project a success. We love what they have done. From the start Israel showed a real interest in the house and us and knew his stuff when it came to renovating these types of houses.
